  No, We only support ASP.Net v2.0 or above, ASP, and static pages like HTML.

• 2. What type of payment do you accept?

  We accept credit card payment through PayPal and Direct Deposit(Bank Deposit).

• 3. Can we register our domain with DNNLocal as we do not see this an option?

  Yes, we can register the domain for you. Please send us an enquiry for more information about this.

• 4. We just made an order on the site. How long it will take to setup my website?

  Usually the setup can take between 1 hour to 24 hours depending on the time and what kind of setups you require and have specified. The setup includes creating user login details, ftp account, email accounts etc.

• 5. Do you have a control panel for us to configure our hosting?

  No, we do not as this is private web hosting, we only process any request via support ticket.

• 6. I would like to transfer our website from other provider to dnnlocal, what should I do?

• 7. Is DNNLocal is a reseller account?

  No, We are not resellers, we have our own server located in Los Angeles, USA.
